Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, though I had issues with check-in that left a sour taste. The service was quite chaotic and not as warm as I had hoped, especially from the reception staff. While the gardens provided a lovely space to relax, I found the dining options subpar compared to what I expected. Overall, it has potential but still needs improvement, especially in service and dining quality.
My stay at the hotel started off on a high note with its stunning interior and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby's flowers were beautiful, and most staff members, especially Jyoti at the front desk, contributed to a positive experience. However, the AC issue in our room and the unfortunate interaction with a staff member named Raj definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. While the pool area and dining were pleasant, overall service inconsistency is something to improve on.
This resort is a great escape from busy Delhi, especially for families. I found the honesty and helpfulness of the staff remarkable, particularly when my wife lost her watch. However, it does feel more suited for local visitors rather than tourists, and there were some issues with noise and dining options that could use improvement.
I recently stayed at The Palms and found the location very convenient, close to various landmarks. The highlight of my experience was definitely the exceptional service, especially from Rahul, who went above and beyond to help me recover a misplaced wedding ring. However, while the room was clean, the quality of the linens and pillows could definitely use some improvement to match the hotel's supposed star rating. Overall, it offers good value for the price but with room for enhancements.
Staying at The Palm was a mixed experience for me. On one hand, the hospitality from some staff members was exceptional, particularly Rahul and Jyoti, who were attentive and cooperative. However, my arrival was overshadowed by a lack of a warm welcome, which set a negative tone. The location is decent for local necessities, but not ideal for tourists wanting to explore Delhi. Overall, while the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the dining options could be improved, and the service varied. It's a place worth considering for its potential and great service from some staff, but expect some inconsistencies.
